Our ETICS system is helping to deliver on the design intent of DAY Architectural Ltd for client Olympian. 🇮🇪 Happy St Patrick's Day. We're celebrating by showcasing some of our stunning projects in Dublin and Belfast. ☘️ One Microsoft Place, Dublin: Our striking Alucovering system in four distinct finishes, etched, polished, brushed and natural, was adapted to suit the structural requirements of this innovative building’s design, with its trademark sloped top edges and inclined facade heads. ☘️ Quinn Business School, University College Dublin: The building was designed to mimic the prow of a ship. Our multi-directional brushed bronze Alucovering was used horizontally to enable us to accommodate the contours of the building, without compromising on quality. ☘️ Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast: Our black polished ceramic rainscreen tiles are manufactured to one of the darkest shades of black available, resulting in the highest quality of reflectiveness, giving the building the eye-catching shimmering effect the architects were striving for. #StPatricksDay #StPaddysDay #RainscreenCladding

🙌 Pottery Lane, Newcastle upon Tyne: We’re proud to announce our latest new contract win that sees us part of the project team on this flagship North East Build to Rent development for client Olympian. Our statement ETICS and Rainscreen Cladding systems are set to deliver on the design intent of this major new build close to the waterfront. It will see 519 high quality build to rent apartments brought to market on the banks of the River Tyne between the Redheugh and King Edward VII bridges. Our A-rated facade systems to be installed on Pottery Lane include:  ✅ 7,500m2 of our A1-rated, Kiwa UK AlivaBrick featuring red multi and buff multi colourways. Our ETICS slip system will create a statement finish at large scale as well as contributing to the project’s sustainability credentials. ♻️  ✅ 1,430m2 of our A-rated aluminium rainscreen cladding installed on a vertical and horizontal format. Powder coated and matched to RAL 7008, a colour complement to our slip system chosen for the project. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿We’re announcing a Welsh new contract win, which continues our strong credentials in education sector projects. Our market-leading A1-rated, Kiwa UK certified system will be installed on the Blue Dragon Sixth Form Hub, in Cardiff Bay. ✅This development marks out a new boarding hub where 85% of students will reside during their studies and will feature 4,350m2 of our AlivaBrick system. It will see us working in partnership with Envisage Envelope Solutions and main contractor Intelle Construction Ltd.
