LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME Anna Keen has been delivering a six-month Leadership Development Programme to the team at RG. This week’s session focused on the team as leaders, exploring their values, and building resilience. This ongoing development is a great investment in the future of RG. Meanwhile, our 2024-2025 year-out students, graduates, and apprentices have been busy, working on their SMSTS certification. This five-day course covers all relevant legislation affecting safe working in the building, construction and civil engineering industries. CHRISTMAS JUMPER DAY – Save the Children The RG Group teams at Kings Hill and Doncaster have been getting in the festive spirit by wearing their Christmas jumpers and raising funds for Save the Children – Christmas Jumper Day. The charity carries out fantastic work supporting children in the UK and around the world, facing serious issues like poverty, hunger and wars. To date we have raised £220 and counting. LIGHTHOUSE CHARITY – Company Supporter 2025 RG Group are proud to announce that we are continuing our Company Support of the The Lighthouse Charity. The Ceremony was attended by representatives from right across the project including from the client team, architects, sub contractors and our own site management team.
