Training and understanding are key to trusting your senior management team 💡 At our last Talent Action Group, we were joined by a panel of experienced agency individuals to discuss letting go when you've put a senior management team in place. Pamela Annabel Uddin, Managing Partner at re:act and Talent Member Lead, said: “My one key point for entrusting your senior management team is training and understanding. We spoke a lot on the call about the ensuring the correct hiring process is in place and insights training etc. However, there are super tangible onboarding elements that are needed for their first x3-6months in the business. And essentially the new management team don’t know what you don’t tell them. Ensuring a very detailed workplan and handover schedule is put in place is key. The workplan should detail out their roles and responsibilities, their key duties, and targets.
