Today is World Mental Health Day and the theme is workplace mental health. At Allied Vehicles Group, we’ve taken many steps over the years to support our people and their wellbeing. We have several mental health first aiders who have been trained as first line support to employees experiencing mental health challenges. We continue to work towards building an open and supportive culture around mental health and frequently communicate about mental health, wellbeing and mindfulness. We all spend so much time at work, so it’s vital our workplaces also support our mental health. We need to continue to tackle the stigma and ensure we’re all doing our bit to support our people with their mental health at work. Mental Health Foundation #WMHD2024
