This is an exciting time to join Alpha Living as our Customer Insight and Engagement Manager We’re looking for a passionate leader for this role to drive improvements within 3 keys areas; customer engagement, insight, and complaints to support positive change throughout the organisation and to ensure we deliver on new regulatory requirements. We’re looking to reshape our engagement, insight and complaints offer to ensure they enable an amazing customer experience for all, that’s driven by the customer voice. What you’ll love about this job: You’ll support the organisation in delivering Alpha Living’s strategic objectives and ensure the Insight and Engagement team contribute to innovative customer focused services being designed, delivered, monitored, and continually improved in line with best practice and consumer regulations. You’ll be responsible for customer insight, satisfaction reporting, tenant involvement and engagement activity and managing our complaints process, working to deliver an effective and efficient service focused on improving the customer experience. This is an amazing opportunity to drive real change across Alpha Living and a significant step forward in being able to make living easier for our customers, using their voice to shape services that are truly customer centric. Last week we held our 61st Annual General Meeting at Thornton Hall hotel. As well as welcoming board members and stakeholders to the event, we shared it with over 200 of our residents from across all of our developments who travelled far and wide to hear what Alpha have achieved over the last 12 months. An inspiring talk by Veronica who is a member of our Resident Scruitny Panel as well as a rousing performance from Heswall Ukulele Group made for a very entertaining afternoon

On Thursday we welcomed our colleagues and board members to our 2023 Staff Conference The day was kicked off with an inspiring public narrative by our Chief Executive Graeme Foster before we launched our new organisational values of Bold and Brave, Compassion, Honest and Positive. These values have been shaped through consultation with our colleagues, residents and board members and will ensure through our new Corporate Plan we aspire to live these values in our every day lives ensuring we encourage each other to be the best version of ourselves Thank you to the wonderful Mary Austin Assocaties for their interactive, thought provoking session on professional boundaries. After a delicious lunch, our Chair Steven Eaves spoke about the exciting plans for Alpha's future which then lead into a fun feedback table session on how our colleagues saw Alpha in 5 years time after living our new values We closed the event celebrating our successes with Staff Awards which were voted for by colleagues with over 300 votes cast!
