It’s World Mental Health Day! Everyone should be able to feel OK at school, but we know this isn’t the reality for many autistic young people. That’s why we created the Autistic and OK programme, in collaboration with Zurich Insurance and Z Zurich Foundation. Watch our latest video to see how the Autistic and OK programme is empowering autistic young people, like Toyah and Poppy, to take control of their mental health and wellbeing, understand themselves and truly feel OK.
