This Neurodiversity Celebration Week, we recognise the importance of embracing neurodiversity in all its forms, challenging stereotypes, breaking down misconceptions and fostering a truly inclusive culture. In recognition of this, our global colleagues came together for an impactful and thought-provoking session with Billy Alexander, CEO of Autism & Neurodiversity North Scotland (A-ND). Billy shared his personal journey with ADHD, providing valuable insights in how we can all play a part and create an environment that enables everyone to thrive. His talk highlighted the power of neuro-inclusion and the importance of understanding diverse neurological needs in professional environments. At Ashtead Technology, we remain committed to building an inclusive workplace where every individual feels supported, valued and empowered to contribute their best. #NeurodiversityCelebrationWeek

𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲: 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐈𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 With the recent rise in vessel collisions involving offshore energy structures, the need for efficient, high-quality inspection solutions has never been more critical. Rapid response and accurate assessments are essential to maintaining operational safety and asset integrity. Ashtead Technology was recently approached to inspect an offshore wind farm jacket following a vessel impact incident. Our Asset Integrity team deployed a MiniROV with a fully integrated inspection package to conduct a detailed survey from the waterline to 20 meters depth, focusing on potential impact zones. The inspection confirmed no visible damage or structural compromise and all data, including high-resolution video and still images, was reviewed and validated by a certified 3.4U inspector. Ashtead Technology provides both specialist inspection services and MiniROVs with fully integrated inspection packages for rental, delivering high-quality solutions for offshore operators.
