It was great to welcome Rebecca Evernden, Director of Space at the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, to our office yesterday to speak to key businesses in the space sector. This was a very timely roundtable as her Department engages with new ministers and makes the case for the role space can play in our economy, and how businesses can support this work. Rebecca made it clear that if businesses want to achieve cut through with government their communications need to align with the key missions outlined and show how industry and government can work together to achieve positive outcomes. This roundtable is part of our regular policy insights programme, and we are grateful for Rebecca’s time and the insights she shared with us all.
