This bespoke development will deliver 70 new homes, including 40% affordable housing in the popular Wiltshire market town. In tandem, our Land and Planning team has been working hard and has already submitted our Reserved Matters Planning Application! The consultant team has created a fantastic scheme that enhances the site’s unique location, incorporating large swathes of landscaping and open space on both the site boundaries and within. The scheme is set to deliver a collection of energy-efficient homes with Air Source Heat Pumps, Electric Vehicle Charging Points and Water Butts for all customers. Senior Land and Planning Manager Stuart Walter commented, “We’re pleased to have submitted our application and look forward to working collaboratively with Wiltshire Council over the coming months. The land team were pleased to host Winter Drinks alongside Ian Jones and the senior team in Bristol last week. The event allowed agents, architects, planners, and lawyers to meet the team and discuss Backhouse's ambitious growth plan with the continued support of Cheyne Capital.
