Three members of our team slept on the streets! 😮 On World Homeless Day (10th October), Katie Kent-Jones, Ali Ginn and Vicky L. took part in Simon on the Streets, Simon’s Big Sleep Out to raise awareness about the increasing issues faced by those rough sleeping, sofa surfing, or facing homelessness and funds for the vital outreach work that the Simon on the Streets team do. Simon’s Big Sleepout, which took place outside Leeds Civic Hall, was an eye-opening, inspiring, and very, very cold experience, but it had a great atmosphere. Our team have so far raised £720, with the total raised for the event just short of £40,000, which is absolutely brilliant. Click through to see how Katie, Ali and Vicky found the evening 👉 P.S. If you want to get involved and show your support for Simon on the Street, feel free to donate whatever you can: https://lnkd.in/ese2MCgT #BartonLegal #Homelessness #SimonOnTheStreets #Fundraising 📸 Samantha Toolsie
