Just last month, Mark Wahlberg was spotted liberally drizzling our Early Harvest EVOO over his post-workout eggs, setting our team group chats alight. Turns out, we might just be the new celebs on the block. For 30 years, we’ve been in the kitchens of top chefs, supplying the ingredients they rely on. Following our 2023 rebrand, we’ve been refining our identity while staying true to our roots. Quality is still non-negotiable. Food service is still in our DNA. And we’re still here to inspire and serve chefs in every kitchen - from home cooks to culinary experts. We’re proud to be reaccredited as a B Corp - with a 10% increase in our score.   B Corp isn’t a one-and-done certification. It’s about constantly raising the bar. Here’s what helped us get there:   👭 Building a more diverse leadership team - 49% of our management team are now female 🚙 De-carbonising our fleet - Cutting emissions by ~92%, eliminating diesel use by switching to 4 EV vans and hydrogenated vegetable oil fuel, saving 134T of carbon (and counting) 🫙 Re-thinking packaging - Lightweighted our 170g glass jar to achieve a 48.8T reduction in glass per year 🔋 Going fully renewable - 100% of the electricity we buy for both sites is now from fully renewable sources, bringing our market-based Scope 2 emissions to effectively zero ♻️ Closing the loop on waste - We set up a circular waste stream with Refactory, turning 5T of used PPE into fence panels, boards, and benches   #BCorp #BCorpMonth #Sustainability #BetterBusiness #Belazu

Cooking up something special with Alexandra Dudley on location at Palomar in Soho and Kebab Queen in Covent Garden. 4. We hosted our second Belazu Connects event at The White Horse in Mayfair, diving into the topics that matter in hospitality. 5. Our SLT took to Dorset for strategy, work and of course some play. 6.
