Henry Firth and Ian Theasby launched their plant-based recipe channel BOSH! in June 2016. They’ve now had over 2.5 billion views online, fronted ITV's 'Living On The Veg' cookery series and have cemented themselves as the UK's biggest vegan authors with five Sunday Times bestsellers under their belts.
