The office agency team here at Fox Lloyd Jones are delighted to have played a key role in securing 2 Whitehall Quay, Leeds as UK Infrastructure Bank new national headquarters who have committed to 28,729 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art office space. It's been a pleasure making this move happen on behalf of Landlords Britannia Invest A/S and its asset manager William Grenfell at Catella APAM working collaboratively with Daniel Clinch at Align Property Partners who represented UKIB. The bank and its team of around 250 staff will occupy three floors across the refurbished premises and will officially move into their new home in June 2024. It’s been a huge team effort by everyone involved to ensure the deal and fit-out was able to happen within such a tight timeframes and to meet UKIB’s requirements. A big thanks to Paul Crowe at Brawdia Building and Project Consultancy, designers AXI and main contractor BLOK Projects - the team currently working hard to deliver the fit-out. I was very excited to be involved with the refurbishment works and lighting supply at Whitehall Quay 2 in Leeds a few years back. Between Paul Crowe overseeing on behalf of the client, tp bennett designing and MJM Contract Services delivering we achieved a great transformation to both public spaces and the CAT A areas.
