As we mark Mental Health Awareness Week, we are proud to share our devoted Mental Health First Aiders who actively support and help colleagues across the company. The training was run by @MHFA England and covered how to understand good and poor mental health, learning methods on how to help support someone in a time of need, and how to detect signs of someone going through a crisis.

✨ Happy International Womens Day! ✨ Here at Buyagift & Red Letter Days part of the Moonpig Group, we're committed to fostering a truly inclusive workplace. Some of our key ESG goals are to maintain a strong representation of women, non-binary and ethnic minorities on our Leadership Team and we are dedicated to increasing the number of women/non-binary individuals hired into technical roles. 💖 To further empower women across the Group, particularly working mothers, we are running an internal panel event in honour of both International Women's Day and Mother's Day: "The Wild World of Working Motherhood." 🌸 ✨ The panel will allow our teams to share their personal experiences, offering valuable insights and top tips on balancing work and motherhood. There will also be a live Q&A, creating a safe space for open conversation and connection. It's a fantastic opportunity for our working mothers to share experiences, find support, and gain valuable advice. Allies can also participate, learning how to best champion working mums within our company.
