Our Chief Executive, Robin Tuddenham spoke at a West Yorkshire Combined Authority Fair Work Charter event this morning, all about how we foster a fair, ethical, and supportive work environment for Calderdale Council employees, through paying Living Wage, promoting better work-life balance and sharing opportunities for development - and how this leads to increased productivity and better health. It’s fantastic that 26 Calderdale businesses have signed up to the West Yorkshire Fair Work Charter. Calderdale businesses are encouraged to find out more and sign up: https://lnkd.in/djBwCewv
