So much of the conversation around climate is doom and catastophe, but that's not why I work in the industry and it never has been. You will not catch me on a panel talking about a hellscape we're avoiding. Electrification opens up the possibility to power our lives and our economy with energy that costs virtually nothing after it's installed. Since I joined Tesla in 2012 and up to founding Camion now, the ride has been about the possibility of unlimited abundance that renewables can deliver once we electrify. We can't even fathom what people will do with energy that costs nothing just like we couldn't fathom what they'd do with computers or the internet, but it starts with electrifying as much of our world as possible to take full advantage.

We're looking for a data analyst with experience in energy to help us accelerate commercial electrification! ⚡ You'll be in early and working with an incredible team of engineers and data scientists to build a missing piece of the energy transition puzzle. Electrification is necessary for low marginal cost renewable energy to replace fossil fuels, and we're building the platform to deploy and manage it. Camion secures £2.3 million Pre-Seed investment led by EQT Ventures✨ Camion is an infrastructure intelligence platform propelling the electrification of real estate portfolios to scale the energy transition. I am super excited to announce what I have been working on recently with my amazing fellow cofounders - Jacob Monroe and Paige Mullen - which brings the worlds of real estate 🏗️ and energy⚡️ together: Camion! In fantastic news, we have recently closed our fundraising round led by EQT Ventures. This has enabled us to build an amazing team to develop an approach that meets the needs of real estate investors in a rapidly changing world. We have been quietly working on a platform which carries out tech-enabled analysis of an investor’s entire portfolio to identify high-value sites for public EV charging. The journey to electrification is becoming increasingly important to real estate investors. Camion is supporting that journey to help real estate investors electrify their portfolios at scale, and get ahead of grid capacity constraints.
