I am honored and incredibly grateful to share that my team and I have recently been recognized with two significant awards: the Influential Women in Captives award from Captive International and the Captive Consultant of the Year award by Captive Review.   Winning the Influential Women in Captives award is particularly meaningful to me. As a woman in the captive insurance industry, I have witnessed firsthand the progress we’ve made in increasing representation and inclusion. However, I am also acutely aware that our work is far from finished. This award is not just a personal achievement but a powerful reminder of the ongoing need to elevate and support women leaders in our field. It is a call to action for all of us to continue pushing boundaries, breaking barriers, and ensuring that the industry becomes a true reflection of the diverse talent it encompasses. The Captive Consultant of the Year award is a testament to the collective effort and expertise of our incredible team at Spring Consulting Group. I am thrilled that our hard work, innovation, and dedication to our clients in the captive space have been acknowledged on such a prestigious platform.   Thank you to everyone who has supported me and our team throughout this journey.
