As a Service Director, you will have accountability for operational, financial and quality performance. £51,000,000,000 💷 That’s a big number and I had to count the 0s 🫨 51 billion. That’s the cost of poor mental health to UK employers 🤯 From the latest Deloitte report on Mental Health. Surprisingly the return on spend for employers is still MASSIVE when we look at the numbers. £4.7 for every £1 spent on mental health support. From my experience, it’s not that employers are against providing mental health benefits to employees. It’s rather that they aren’t sure on what to provide and when. What do you think?
