🚛 This morning our founder Carmine Carnevale, along with executives Luigi and Lucia Carnevale, enjoyed a visit to the International Food & Drink Exhibition at the Excel in London! 😊 It was fantastic to see and taste so many wonderful foods from Italy and beyond. We also had the opportunity to connect with key figures in our industry and some of our trusted suppliers. 🍽️ At the Di Marco stand, the creators of the original (and best) Pinsa Romana, we were thrilled to meet the Ambassador of Italy to the United Kingdom, Inigo Lambertini and had the opportunity to taste their authentic Pinsa garnished with mortadella and stracciatella Carnevale! It was an honour meeting His Excellency and the Di Marco team, such wonderful ambassadors of products Made in Italy. 🟢⚪🔴

🤝 Last week, we were honoured to host two of our historical suppliers, Sterilgarda Alimenti S.p.a. and Regina del Volturno to our London office! We have been working together, importing and distributing their fine cheeses to the UK market for over 25 years! Two companies synonymous with quality, tradition, and innovation. 🐄 In the morning, Silvia Sarzi from Sterilgarda, a leading Italian dairy and juice producer, shared their family and company history and we sampled their delicious range of products, including their globally renowned mascarpone and panna da cucina which are made using 100% Italian milk from Piedmont and Lombardy. 🐮 In the afternoon, Marenza Parente from Regina del Volturno (Campania Felix - Agrozootecnica Marchesa), producers of exceptional Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, delighted our team with their fresh and creamy products. They have been milking an extensive herd of buffaloes near Caserta since 1919 and for over a century, using their wholesome milk to make the very best, authentic Mozzarella. 😋 Have you ever tried first-class Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP or Sterilgarda mascarpone, cream and ricotta?
