Except in their case, their moment of truth can completely define a company or an industry. These experiences are the motivation behind my new video series launching today, the CEO Moments of Truth. In my 1-1 conversations with some impressive leaders, we peek behind the curtain on a major challenge that required bold action. My first interview is with Carol B. Tomé, CEO of UPS. While for some it's easy to dismiss the power of culture, that is certainly not true for Carol. Carol joined as the first outsider and first woman CEO for UPS and took the helm at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. She chose to focus on culture and behaviors to drive the firm forward.
