Laura, former Corporate Fundraiser at Charlie House, takes a moment to reflect on the skills she gained, the impact of her role, and what made her experience so rewarding. 🧡 A trained paediatric nurse, Laura joined us during a career break, working closely with our corporate supporters to bring the Charlie House story to life. Through her invaluable expertise in caring for babies and children with complex health conditions, she helped businesses understand the real impact of their support. Now, Laura is embarking on her next chapter of returning to nursing in a new way. She’ll be teaching paediatric nursing at Robert Gordon University, using the skills she developed at Charlie House, such as presentation skills, networking, and relationship building, to inspire and educate the next generation of nurses.
