After the recent unrest in the UK, it is essential for organisations to support employees who feel vulnerable or are directly affected by racism and discrimination. Organisations should proactively and consistently commit to fostering an inclusive, anti-racist and respectful environment.   Don't forget to reach out to employees to ask how they are feeling and what additional support they may need. Provide your colleagues with a safe space to share their concerns and remind them how to report discrimination through existing channels.
