    This week, over 320 colleagues from 50 teams and 7 locations took part in our inaugural <CodeOut> hackathon 👩🏻💻👨🏽💻 Our product and engineering teams tackled real-world challenges and brainstormed solutions to address key issues for colleagues and customers. 11 teams were shortlisted to present to our judges, Mariano Albera and Meron Colbeci. The top three stood out for their diversity, creativity, impact, and quality: 🤖 Integration Assistant: AI-powered customer API integration assistant 💸 Funds Flow: Visualizes end-to-end customer configuration ❓ Slack #askteam Automation: AI-powered answers for product questions in Slack The hackathon was more than just competition—it was a celebration of collaboration and community, bringing colleagues together to showcase the power of innovation and Checkout's collective talent. There is no such thing as a single provider with a single platform. You must configure your payments infrastructure according to your needs, and your PSP must be modular. Lily Varon from Forrester puts this way better than me. ◾ Performance at speed is imperative - yes acceptance rate is the hero KPI, but there's just so many other services that have to happen in 336ms Mariano Albera 🔢 Data is our secret weapon - in a way, just like marketing embracing digital and proving impact on growth, payments professionals have empirical data at their fingertips and have currency to drive change in their organisations.
