I had the pleasure of speaking as a panelist at Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) webinar on the Guidelines on AI in International Arbitration, a project I was privileged to work on with other international law experts. It was an insightful discussion on the opportunities AI presents in streamlining arbitration, the challenges of ensuring fairness and transparency, and the evolving role of technology in dispute resolution.
