We are excited to present to you a new initiative from our Education & Training department: The ICC Dispute Resolution Universities Programme 🎓 During three half-day sessions, university students get the opportunity to explore the arbitration process in depth at the home of the world’s preferred arbitral institution. From 21 to 23 May, we will cover the following topics: 🔹 ICC International Court of Arbitration, its Secretariat, and ICC Rules of Arbitration 🔹 Constitution of the arbitral tribunal 🔹 Emergency Arbitrator Proceedings 🔹 Complex arbitrations: prima facie jurisdiction, multiple parties, multiple contracts, joinder, and consolidation 🔹 Arbitral awards 🔹 Expedited Procedures Provisions 🔹 ADR and amicable settlement in arbitration 🧠 Students from selected universities will have the unique opportunity to learn about arbitral proceedings from experienced ICC staff members at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris (also limited online spots available).
