The rain did not stop the enthusiasm at our Insurance roundtable event this Monday morning!   We had close to 25 attendees and a great mix of organisation size and expertise. While our focus was on the #EVP of the #Insurance sector and #HRCareers, we also covered #EDI, #Skills, #Leadership and #Culture.   Thank you again to Sarah Alexander at Oakleaf Partnership who shared among other things that 30% of the HR hires made into insurance already have an insurance background.
