New Charity Partner 2025 | Northern Irelands Children's Hospice We are thrilled to have Northern Irelands Children's Hospice as our charity partner for 2025! NICH support babies, children and their families through a range of children’s services. These services include specialist nursing care at home, supported breaks in their In-Patient Unit, end-of life care and family and bereavement support. NICH also work in partnership with the NHS to support parents with their antenatal care service, Tiny Horizons. Last week, we had the privilege of welcoming NICH representatives, who shared valuable insights into their services and the impact of their funding. A huge thank you to Northern Ireland Hospice for joining us—we look forward to a year of meaningful charitable events in support of this incredible cause. Introducing Manor Road, Canning Town. Clarke were responsible for the full façade coverage of all 3 blocks on Manor Road. A mix of cladding solutions totalling 16,300m2 including bespoke brise soleil, 2-tone blue glazed terracotta unitised panels, traditional brick and curtain wall cladding solutions. Assisted by our design teams, in-house structural and thermal engineers, fabrication facility teams and the Major Project staff team, PMU and VMU mockups had been created for this project in our HQ fabrication facility which eventually saw all 1,500 unitised panels make their way from the Raceview Road to London. Completing this project for Morgan Sindall Construction, block A sits at 33 storeys tall and is the one of the tallest unitised project in the Clarke portfolio to date. Today concluded women in construction week however we finished off with a celebration for international women's day commencing tomorrow, to recognise all the important women in our business👷♀️ All the Clarke girls gathered for brunch and a few extra guest made an appearance too. 🍼 This years’ theme is about Accelerating Action - Clarke are dedicated to helping break the stigma around females working in construction! Introducing Hany 👋 Hany joined Clarke in 2024 as a Quantity Surveyor on one of our most demanding projects. With over a decade of expertise in commercial management and construction project delivery, his transition into our team has been seamless. Hany shares: "In my role at Clarke, every day is unique. One day, I might be in the office handling payment applications, preparing CVR forecasts, and ensuring budgets align with project completion goals. Next, I could be on-site conducting surveys and overseeing project progress. My passion lies in fostering collaboration, strategic problem-solving, and driving innovation. By managing budgets, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and establishing clear benchmarks for success, I aim to deliver impactful results. Over the coming weeks, we’ll be showcasing some of Clarke’s key successes from 2024. This week, we’re excited to introduce Latitude Purple. Located just outside Leeds City Centre on the historic site of the former Doncaster Monkbridge Iron & Steel works, Latitude Purple consists of two residential buildings set above a single-level basement, featuring a landscaped rooftop area for residents. Clarke delivered 17,000m² of full through-wall façade, including SFS, windows, brick slip, and aluminium feature cladding. As Sisk and HUB’s first residential development in Leeds, the project will provide 463 homes across two towers, standing 17 and 20 storeys high. Latitude Purple connects to the city centre via a newly refurbished pedestrian route—but the best view of this impressive development is from above. Introducing Latitude Purple.
