Meet our Investment Advisory Committee Chair, Jo Pisani🙌 Excited to share insights from our recent interview with Jo, Investment Advisory Committee Chair at the Conduit EIS Impact Fund! Growing up in South London with a Thai mother and English-Italian father, she developed a broad perspective early on. After studying Physics at Bristol University, Jo began her career as an engineer at BP with involvement in building refineries and chemical plants across Europe. As one of the few women in the field, she became motivated to encourage more young people to pursue STEM careers. Her advice? "trust your gut feeling and follow your passion" Jo later transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry with GSK, took on strategic roles after an MBA, and spent two decades in management consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton and PwC- focusing on strategic projects in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. Jo now has a portfolio career as a Non-Executive Director, trustee, and mentor in health tech and biotech.
