With businesses rapidly digitizing, we know this isn’t an issue that is going to go away anytime soon. Yet, sadly we are finding that over 63% of UK businesses do not have adequate cyber cover in place. Kat Derbyshire HR specialist got the inspiration for starting her specialist HR consultancy when she spotted an opportunity to help business owners who didn’t have the budget for a ‘HR army’ like larger organisations. These include handling investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, redundancy consultations and appeals. Kat adds: “I'm really excited to be celebrating six years of Black Kat HR this month. By providing HR services to over 120 businesses so far, I feel I’ve been able to make a difference. The best part is receiving feedback from clients who tell me they don't know what they’d do without me.
