Promoting the use of consumer data and research to provide insight into societal and economic challenges (ESRC funded)

About us

Who are we? The CDRC was established in 2014 with funding from the UK Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) and brings together world-class researchers from the University of Leeds, University College London, the University of Liverpool and the University of Oxford. What do we do? 🌍 We use consumer data to provide unique insight into a diverse range of societal and economic challenges. 📈 We work with data owners (industry and public sector) to make consumer data available to trusted researchers. 👨💻 We offer a range of beginner and intermediate data analytics programmes for academic and non-academic researchers. How can we work together? We collaborate with industry and public sector organisations, using consumer data to undertake impactful research - from short proof-of-concept projects spanning a few months to long-term programmes over several years.
