The award-winning Costcutter Bargain Booze, triple 'a' Foodhall in Nuneaton unveiled some rather exciting in-store, supplier activation yesterday. 👀   The store hosted an exciting launch of the latest activation for PepsiCo’s new Extra Flamin’ Hot Doritos, Walkers Max and Wotsits Crunchy, which saw a crowd of shoppers attend the event.   As part of the launch there was a new Extra Flamin’ Hot branded fire truck outside the store along with the ‘Feel the Flavour’ branding wrapped around the front of the store. Throughout the day there was dedicated product sampling and exclusive merchandise available for visitors to enjoy also!   The store is owned by the leading, innovative entrepreneur Shaan Chaudry, and the store serves as a destination for residents in the surrounding area and beyond with many customers travelling miles to enjoy its fresh produce and food to go, along with the Bargain Booze off-licence range.   There were additional in-store activations across other Costcutter Bargain Booze stores, including three stores owned by the renowned Peter Patel, two stores in Coventry run by the accomplished Paul Cheema and family, as well as a service station in Crawley Down owned by the acclaimed David Wyatt.   A fantastic collaboration between some brilliant retailers and the PepsiCo team! 👏   #collaboration #supplierpartners #activation #retailers

Costcutter retailer Kath Campbell was pleasantly surprised when she received a letter in the morning post from none other than the Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak. The letter was congratulating Kath on their most recent win as 'Oustanding Grocery Retailer of the Year' at the National Awards run by Bestway Retail and Bestway Wholesale. The letter stated "It is a significant achievement and so richly deserved. I never miss the opportunity to call at the shop when in Leyburn and I know that the description outstanding is entirely appropriate." - We couldn't agree more. 👏

A brand new Costcutter in Warley, Essex opened its doors to the public over the weekend. 📍 The store has undergone a £150k refit to become a Costcutter, who’s new owner is entrepreneurial award-winning retailer, Peter Patel of Zola Group. Lisa and Gordon Browne won Fourcourt retailer of the Year and Most Improved Store up to 3,000sq feet for their Claudy store in Northern Ireland at this years' retail Industry awards. 🥇 The couple invested £1.2 million into their brand-new store, the investment included… ⬇️ ⭐️ New deli area ⭐️ Fuel pumps ⭐️ Underground tanks ⭐️ Canopy ⭐️ Purpose-built car parking for shoppers Along with help from the Costcutter team, the couple put their heart and soul into designing the store, making sure that customer needs are central, including wide aisles, ease of car parking, accessible layout and product ranges that their shoppers actaully want! 🛒 Personal service is what it is all about for Lisa and Gordon – their team know the names of many customers and details of their shopping habits, ensuring they feel valued in-store as they often know exactly what customers will be looking for.
