Set to become one of the tallest buildings in Wales, his BTR development will see the creation of 272 new homes. The building will be split into three levels, of 29, 25 and 21 storeys, and there will be a roof terrace on the 26th floor. Our full Rapidres® MMC solution is being utilised on this project, which includes: Etched sandwich panels, internal walls, lift shafts, landings, stairs, and hollowcore. Creagh provided a full design, manufacture and install package.
