We are a vibrant and enthusiastic design studio, with experience across many industry sectors. Including; residential, hotel & leisure, sports & leisure, education, healthcare retail commercial Having gained a wealth of experience working on listed buildings and within conservation areas, to achieve both change of use and conservation projects which we are proud of. We are currently working on projects from single residential projects, conversions and new-builds through to multi million pound mixed use schemes. Using up to date Building Information Modelling and presentation software including; Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Autocad, Google Sketchup and Adobe Photoshop. Did you see Rebecca Smith and Seanine H. at the Constructing Excellence in the North East event today?
Alex Nicholson I had a smashing time at the Crowne Plaza this afternoon attending the first First Friday networking event of the Constructing Excellence in the North East since Johnston Carmichael Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers became members. It was great to meet new friends Rebecca and Seanine from CREATE Architecture Ltd and many others. We also got to know CEO Catriona, who was very welcoming of two VAT advisers getting to know the network and sharing how we can help. We look forward to becoming a valued member of the built environment sector in the north east and assisting our clients to meet the challenges ahead and thrive on the opportunities we identify for them.

This week, we welcomed Siân to Create. She brings with her a wealth of experience and has recently returned to the North East after working with Haworth Tompkins in London 🏙 Primarily focused on large-scale residential projects, as well as a new theatre, industrial sites, master-planning, and community projects, Siân has developed a keen eye for detail and a passion for materials and interiors. Siân says, "I am looking forward to combining my design experience with the technical expertise at Create." 💼📏 Please join us in giving Siân a warm welcome and wishing her the best of luck in her new role 🙌 Siân Louise Hodgson
