Last month, our Midlands team welcomed local partners to take part in their annual charity golf event, in aid of Young Lives vs Cancer. The golfing tournament was followed by an evening of celebration, where our team auctioned off a variety of prizes, such as a weekend coastal stay and signed football shirts. With the help of everyone involved, we're delighted to announce a total of £11,400 was raised for a great cause. Read the full story here - https://shorturl.at/srgBK

At the end of September, our Chiltern division were delighted to launch their latest development, Nobel Park in Didcot, Oxfordshire. The team welcomed prospective buyers, inviting them to learn more about the homebuying process and explore the four-bedroom show home to see first hand the quality construction of our new homes. The 8.2-acre Nobel Park site comprises of 158 brand new energy-efficient homes, 30 of which are allocated for shared ownership and affordable rent. The homes will benefit from a raft of sustainability features, including solar PV panels and electric vehicle charging points, while the wider site will see the creation of a series of footpaths and cycle paths, as well as sustainable drainage features that also act as recreational areas. https://lnkd.in/efxAm57v

Never underestimate the power of making a lasting impression! When Nichola and Neil visited our Sketchley Gardens site, they were surprised to find Mick Wale there. Mick had been the site manager for their previous new build purchase, and they had been thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and the quality of the build. After discussing their needs, Mick showed them the 5-bed Buckingham. They were immediately taken by the space and layout, and knowing Mick was now with Crest Nicholson as site manager gave them full confidence in the quality of the build and service. This reassurance led them to reserving the home. Now settled in, Nichola and Neil are delighted with their new home and the exceptional customer experience they've received.

Lights, camera, action! We recently welcomed a production crew to our Whitehouse Park site in Milton Keynes to film a brand-new toolbox talk video. As part of our ongoing commitment to driving resource efficiency and reducing waste, this video highlights the best practices we expect across all of our developments and will play an important role in training our site based colleagues. Covering key areas, such as the waste compound, hazardous waste station and material reuse areas, the video content is another way we're equipping our teams with the knowledge they need to reduce waste and associated costs. A huge thank you to our team at Whitehouse Park, the film crew at Pictures for the People and our waste provider Reconomy.

We were delighted to welcome players from Ipswich Town Ladies F.C. to our Henley Gate development this month for our community open event. Our Eastern division invited the local community to join them at Henley Gate in Ipswich, offering visitors an opportunity to explore our new build homes and tour the show home, including a specially designed Ipswich Town F.C. themed bedroom in celebration of their promotion to the Premier League. On the day, we were joined by Ella Rutherford, Sophie Peskett and Charlotte Flemming who greeted fans and engaged in a friendly kickabout with visitors. And we also launched our charity raffle, featuring a signed Ipswich Town F.C shirt, with all the proceeds going to our charity partner Young Lives vs Cancer. Read more here - https://bit.ly/3MiOjSs

Our Chiltern division recently hosted a summer community event at our Arborfield Green development in Berkshire, offering the opportunity for residents to come together to meet and bond with their neighbours. The day was open to all residents and the wider community, who were able to partake in a number of fun games or just connect and get to know one another, while the kids enjoyed getting their faces painted. We also collaborated with the on-site coffee shop to ensure sure that everyone had plenty of refreshments.
