This month I will be partaking in the Movember challenge to raise awareness for Men’s mental health! I will be doing this alongside Cambridge Rugby Club! “Good eggs doing good things”! https://lnkd.in/eKuct-hT The top lip will be kept warm with the weather starting to turn 🥸 and I’ll also be logging in 80 sweaty kilometres on Strava 🏃 For me, I don’t see this as a challenge… Men from across the world and all different walks of life go through much more trailing times then me demonstrating that I have the inability to grow a half decent moustache! I think if we all sat down for 5 minutes and reflected, I reckon you would be able to remember a challenging point in your life. So for this Movember I’ll be supporting - The bloke dealing with the death of a loved one but is having to stay strong for others around them… The chap coming to terms with breaking up with their partner… The 18 year boy struggling to figure out what earth he is going to be when he’s older… The guy who doesn’t think he has a shoulder to cry on… The player who’s trying to get back from a long term injury… And any other man going through it… #movember #mensmentalhealth
