My tour of Yorkshire continues today. The Guildhall, York Conferences and Events, what a fantastic venue! Our CUBO College and University Business Officers Engaging Students with Campus Services course is now in full swing, led by our marketing group lead Sarah West. Christopher Brooks has shared ideas with delegates about mapping the student journey. We’ve heard from 2024 CUBO Marketing Award winnerJoe Hambleton-Ratcliffe about Keele University’s project to increase sales and rebrand their Central Kitchen to The Kitchen Table. Oliver Harrison and Mike Ritchie from CampusLife are running two workshops for us this afternoon. Members are currently learning how to maximise student spends on campus. I think Mike’s slide speaks volumes for our sector ❤️
