  • The mountains called, and we answered- again! 🏔️   The Curve team returned to the slopes in January for our annual ski trip, swapping the bustle of London for fresh alpine air. This year, we settled into a chalet in Avoriaz, with breath-taking views, and plenty of après-ski fun. With fresh snow under our skis and blue skies above, we skied down the slopes by day- savouring great food, great company, and plenty of laughter.   A perfect reset before diving into another exciting year!  Already looking forward to the next one! ❄️

  • 🔍 The way we search is changing   For decades, Google has been the undisputed search leader, still commanding 89% of global searches (Stat Counter 2024). But the way we search for and interact with information is changing rapidly. Here’s how search is evolving:   💡 Generative Search: From keywords to conversations, Generative AI tools like OpenAI’s SearchGPT prototype are revolutionising search by offering more interactive, conversational experiences, moving beyond just links to provide real-time, tailored answers.   📱 Social Search: 45% of Gen Z now turn to platforms like TikTok and Instagram instead of traditional search engines (Fortune 2024). These platforms deliver quick, engaging results and even let users shop seamlessly.   🛒 Retailer Search: Retailers have become the first stop for product searches, with 50% of search queries starting on Amazon (Intelligent Reach 2024).   • 🎄Merry Curve-mas!🎄 Last week, the Curvitos celebrated the holiday season with a day of festive fun! From a Christmas quiz and scavenger hunt through Holborn to our much-loved Secret Santa, the day was packed with holiday cheer. We ended with an elegant black-tie dinner, complete with a sing-along to our own “12 Days of Christmas – Curve Edition.” Wishing you a Merry Christmas from all of us at Curve! 🎉🥂
