We are delighted to have supported Quintain on the successful completion of a multi-million pound refinancing deal. Quintain has secured a £233.6 million loan from Bank of America, for the refinancing of its London Designer Outlet and its Ferrum build-to-rent development. Both assets are located at Wembley Park.
