At Derwent FM, we’re passionate about not only building thriving student communities but also making a positive impact in the wider communities we serve. Recently, members of our Senior Leadership Team and wider team, alongside colleagues from Places for People, Residential Management Group Limited, Leeds City Council, and Bramley Care Bears, came together to volunteer in the Bramley community in Leeds! 💪 Together, we helped to maintain and make over 14 gardens for local people who, due to various circumstances, had found it too difficult to manage their outdoor spaces. After months of planning to identify those in need, we arrived with a range of tools and a shared commitment to help. By the end of the day, these gardens were transformed into usable spaces that residents can now enjoy and maintain themselves. Continued support from Bramley Care Bears will ensure that those who need ongoing help with their gardens will receive it, keeping these spaces enjoyable and accessible.
