Once completed, it will be leased to a CQC-registered operator for a minimum of 25 years. The design includes 78 ensuite bedrooms, each a minimum of 20m², along with a variety of communal spaces such as lounges, a marketplace, an activity room, a hair salon, and even a cinema. Additionally, the facility will boast well-designed parking areas and beautiful gardens. A key highlight of this development is the implementation of the new household model specifically tailored for individuals living with dementia, ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment. Redhill is a vibrant town located in the borough of Reigate and Banstead. Nestled just south of Croydon in Greater London, it is part of the London commuter belt, making it an ideal location for this essential care home. Teaming up with AMD Group, we'll be managing the Residential Sprinkler Package and Dry Risers for a fresh extra Care development comprising 59 apartments. Our responsibilities include the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a Residential Sprinkler System in compliance with BS9251:2021, along with Dry Risers. Situated on 1.48 acres of council-owned land, this project focuses on creating a supportive environment for independent living. As the Development Manager for Bmor, we're overseeing the delivery of a 59-unit apartment scheme covering 58,000 sqft.
