We're a leading contributor to the software engineering community and a disruptive award-winning tech recruitment agency. When we launched develop we wanted to do things differently. develop is set on moving away from solely seeking the skills of a 'typical' Recruiter - determination, strong people skills, motivation, integrity - sure, these are all nice to have. But our values and what we look for in a Consultant has moved beyond that.

Diversity at develop.develop's STEM Commitment.
In 2022 we partnered with a local Primary School where we donated £25 per placement to contribute towards STEM resources. Our partnership aimed to bridge the socioeconomic and gender gaps faced by children and help fuel future software engineering talent pipelines. Following our success, we are a Strategic Partners of charity, Tech She Can, who is dedicated to increasing the number of women working in technology. Our new partnership for 2024 will enhance the impact we've made so far.
