We believe everyone has a fundamental right to the provision of clean water, safe toilets & good hygiene
About us
At Dig Deep, we believe everyone has a fundamental right to clean water, safe toilets and good hygiene through the achievement of UN Sustainable Development Goal 6. We work in Bomet County, Kenya, home to 1 million people and one of the most underserved and least resourced areas of the country. Here, 2 out of 3 people don't have clean water, over half don’t have safe toilets and children don’t have access to basic hygiene education. Our mission is to collaborate with the Kenyan government, local businesses, and communities, to transform access to these vital services for the 1 million people of Bomet County.

Inspire your team whilst helping children and their families realise their fundamental right to clean water and sanitation. New research from the Uni of Southampton has shown that: 🌟Working to benefit a good cause increases productivity by up to 30 per cent 🌟When workers are given a social incentive such as a charitable donation linked to their job, performance increases by an average of 13 per cent 🌟This rises to 30 per cent amongst those who are initially the least productive Reach out to us for more information or schedule an informal chat with our Chief Executive, Ben Skelton, to find out more about opportunities for partnering.

Beatrice Rotich is the Headteacher of Kenene Primary, where our team have just completed one of our latest school rainwater harvesting projects. Beatrice told us “Our learners used to carry water from home. It was a big challenge because the river is 1km away…would arrive at school very late. I want to appreciate the work that has been done as it will make our learning go on well”
