You’re not too much. You don’t feel too much. You’re not too emotional, too bossy, too loud, too ambitious. You’re exactly the right amount of YOU. The world has tried to shrink you, silence you, and make you second-guess yourself — but here’s the truth: Showing emotion doesn’t make you weak. It makes you human. It means you care, you lead with heart, and you refuse to play small. So keep taking up space. Keep feeling deeply. Keep leading boldly 💜

Small Business Owner POV: You’re the founder, marketing manager, head of finance, admin assistant and the salesperson! This has been me for the last 2 years. But I’ve found tools and tech that make all these jobs easier, especially Digital Marketing which, let’s be honest, is so time consuming for small businesses! On top of creating products and services, customer service, finance… businesses also need to market and sell those products. And Digital Marketing is so integral to that process. But it involves so much Email marketing List building Lead generation Landing page building Social media marketing And more. … Which is why choosing the right tech as a partner for your small business is so important. This is where Constant Contact comes in, it’s a digital marketing platform that’s easy to use, incorporates most of the elements you need to do digital marketing successfully AND THE BIG ONE… using this platform is a massive TIME SAVER 🕰️ AND takes the guesswork out of digital marketing. I have some MASSIVE News friends! Hard work paid off ahead of IWD We've Secured £250,000 EIS Investment to Empower More Women in Digital and Business! I'm pleased to announce that Skills of The Future the company behind Digital Women ® has secured £250K investment to significantly expand our work empowering women running and working in digitally based businesses. Currently, only 19% of UK businesses are women-led, and a tiny percentage of equity funding reaches female founders. So it’s a huge achievement! This investment helps us tackle these inequalities directly, enabling us to provide more training, mentorship, and community support, giving women greater access to digital marketing and business skills, career development opportunities, and entrepreneurial resources. Thank you to our investor and partner Mark Eisenstadt for believing in our mission to drive meaningful change and support entrepreneurial excellence. We can't wait to accelerate our work and support even more women to thrive in digital and business. Let’s go! Ps: I don’t have a photo with Mark yet, but he’ll be joining us at Digital Women ® Live next week so I’ll be able to share a photo of us together.

What a brilliant event! Well done Della Driscoll on stepping out of your comfort zone and speaking on the panel 👏🏼
Yesterday I spoke on my FIRST EVER PANEL at Digital Women ® 🥹🤍 I’m incredibly proud of myself for stepping out of my comfort zone and taking this opportunity. Thank you to Amy Walters and Karen Thatcher for asking me, I’m honoured to have been surrounded by many inspiring women. ✨ We spoke about all things mental health, neurodivergence, chronic illness, diversity and inclusivity and confidence - and most importantly, how we should celebrate being a woman. I’m proud and inspired by the many ladies who sat next to me sharing their honest stories and experiences. I stepped away from the panel on a high of pride, but also with many great insights. ✨ A gorgeous morning with gorgeous ladies inside and out! As we gear up to #internationalwomensday, always remember to celebrate who you are and what you’ve achieved, and own it. 🥳

Yesterday was a blast! 🥳 What a way to celebrate (slightly early) International Women's Day 2025! 💜 A massive shout out to our panelists: Amy Louise Kolsteren, Vardeep Edwards, Katie Chittenden, Hannah Spence, Della Driscoll, Michelle Newman, (plus me) and a big well done to Karen Thatcher for being a BRILLIANT panel host. Our panelists shared some great insights, tips, and there was a whole load of empathy. A wonderful room to be in. Thank you to those who joined us, we had a full house! We've spent the morning going through all of the pics everyone took and shared (thank you all, your pics are so great) and you can see all the joy in all the faces! This is what yesterday was about - sharing together, uplifting each other, and having fun celebrating women. Here are a couple of snippets from our panelists: “I’m a big believer in diversity in general: yes women; women of colour, but also diversity of thought. And that’s not going to happen if you just focus on one particular person and one particular way of thinking.” “One of the biggest challenges for women in business is the menstrual cycle! I’ve been trying to plan around it more…” “Sharing our stories around mental health is so important, firstly so you don’t feel so alone…” Hosted by: Digital Women ®, Womxn Up Ashford, Thatch Creative UK, Bloom Creative (Bloomify®) Sponsored by: Curious Brewery #IWD2025 #InternationalWomensDay #WomenSupportingWomen Lovely to see/meet you all: Ann Read, Anya Ballard, Caroline Perks, Della Driscoll, Ellie Garfield, Elouise Ross, Emma Bolt, Gina Bridgeman, Hannah Spence, Hannah Robb, Heather Kennett, Helen Hockney, Laura Austen, Leah Jones, Lucia Dello, Lucy Jessey (née Hinton), Megan Morley, Michelle Newman, Michelle Ratcliff, Oana Bora, Rebecca Fagg, Sarah Gaunt, Tracey Vince, Wendy Roberts, Caroline Ward, Katie Chittenden, Amy Louise Kolsteren, Vardeep Edwards, Olha Shestakova, Lilia Karlova, Ruth Lambourn
