Earthmark uses verified data to create simple scores which are plugged into places people already browse, shop and compare. ---- This is done in three steps: 1) AGGREGATE Automated data collection on a brands' current performance (scope 1-3 emissions, waste and energy usage), future commitments (science-based emissions reduction targets) and third-party scoring (existing eco-labels and certifications). 2) RATE Fair comparison is key so brands are categorised according to their size and sector. Industry-recognised frameworks and pathways are used, like the eco-efficiency scale and net zero alignment, to create simple 1-5 scores (Earthmarks). 3) INTEGRATE Partnering with e-commerce platforms, sites and publishers, Earthmarks are sent via API or CSV and appear in existing customer journeys. ---- Environmental data, regulations and frameworks are complex. Earthmarks are dynamic. We aren’t here to reinvent the wheel; we’re here to bring relevant information together and present it in a simple way to people where they need it, when they need it. 👉Find out more: https://lnkd.in/eCKk4sQM #DataDriven #ClimateIntelligence #SustainableShopping

What does the UK election result mean for the climate? This is week one for the new UK Government, led by The Labour Party. They won the election with climate action and green investment at the heart of their campaign, promising to make Britain a clean energy superpower. So, how will they do it? ⚡ Establish publicly owned Great British Energy 💸 Invest £8.3bn to invest in clean energy 🟢 Deliver a “green prosperity plan” 🚫 Halt new oil and gas licences By delivering all of this, Labour promises to: • Shift the UK to a clean economy • Decarbonise the UK by 2030 • Gain energy independence • End high bills “for good” • Create 650,000 jobs The first 100 days in charge are often a test of priorities. And, with the ban on onshore wind lifted yesterday, they’re off to a promising start. With the Green Party gaining the most seats in their history (4), Labour are likely to be kept true to their promises to deliver for the country, accelerating climate action, and restoring UK climate leadership.

Thanks to 33Seconds and Rob Greenfield from Earthtopia, who work with the United Nations, WWF and The Earthshot Prize to inspire engagement, interest and action for the climate to 500k+ followers on Instagram and TikTok. It's about climate optimism rather than doomism. On the recent pressure for marketers to move away from fossil fuel companies, Rob puts it perfectly: 🗣️ "The flip side to saying ‘no’ to the bad guys is supporting the good and helping game-changing products and services reach audiences, achieve mainstream adoption and have a tangible impact." We're honoured to be featured as a tangible way for businesses and people to keep the environment top of mind in everyday decision-making with a simple, data-led scoring system plugged into places people already browse, shop and compare. 👇
