In 2018, Craiglockhart Tennis Centre received £100,000 from Lottery Funding via sportscotland to go towards the development of our outdoor tennis courts. This funding served up six new all-weather outdoor courts, including a centre court which now has capacity to host major tournaments and accommodate spectators. As @nationallottery celebrate their 30th birthday, we're recognising the impact they have on communities and how they have supported us to deliver sporting opportunities across Edinburgh. #NationalLottery30

@nationallottery are turning 30 and we're celebrating with them as they've been a Game Changer for us! In 2019, @Edinburgh_CC received £5million from Lottery Funding via @sportscotland for the redevelopment of Meadowbank Sports Centre. The funding allowed the City of Edinburgh Council to build a state-of-the-art community sports centre, which opened in July 2022 and has delivered physical activity, sport and wellbeing to the local community since. We're very grateful for the National Lottery and are delighted to be celebrating their 30th Anniversary with them! #NationalLottery30
