EG Group Announces Strategic Divestment and Leadership Change.   EG Group has agreed to divest its remaining UK forecourt business to co-founder Zuber Issa for £228 million. This strategic move enables us to concentrate on international growth and energy transition objectives. Zuber Issa stated, "This divestment marks a significant step forward in our strategic journey."   Zuber Issa will step down as Co-CEO but will continue contributing as a Non-Executive Director.
