New sustainable homes coming to Blackboys, East Sussex! 🌳 We're pleased to share that our Eastern region have received the green light to create a new development of 50 homes in the picturesque village of Blackboys, East Sussex. This marks a significant milestone in our growth journey as we continue our mission to build 1,000 high-quality homes in premium locations each year. Focused on creating contemporary homes that blend naturally with the local architectural charm, the properties will feature eco-friendly elements, such as sustainably sourced materials like timber frames, and high levels of insulation, catering to the environmentally conscious future homeowner. In addition to our renowned build quality, the homes will include air source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging points. The development will also feature a natural drainage system with a pond and extensive wildlife planting, ensuring a harmonious relationship with nature. These thoughtfully designed homes will offer a mix of two to five-bedroom options, accommodating a variety of lifestyles, including much-needed affordable housing.
