At a recent conference, I heard a great quote. "AI is unlikely to replace engineers any time soon. But engineers that know how to use AI will replace engineers that don't know how to use it very quickly". What do you think? A great place to start understanding what this means will be to listen to David Jamieson's presentation at the OEUK webinar on 12 November

🌍 Live from Frankfurt 🌍 Our CEO Gus Carroll was on stage yesterday at the Global Conference on Process Safety and Big Data, addressing a crucial question: "How can big data support the transition to net zero (and what it means to you!)". The path to net zero is complex, and data has a critical role to play in making it achievable. If you’re interested in exploring what this shift could look like for your organisation, reach out to us to discuss how we can help turn your data into actionable insights. ✉ Info@empirisys.io 📞 +44 2922 701010 💻 https://lnkd.in/geJcpHbW #bigdata #energy #netzero #data #ai #innovation #processsafetyconference European Process Safety Centre Center for Chemical Process Safety (CCPS)

Be Empowered - Be a Process Safety Leader! After 10 sessions and 130 attendees, our pre-mobilisation process safety breakfast briefings for the Anasuria FPSO crew are officially complete. At AOC, we are committed to empowering everyone to take the lead on process safety and these sessions weren’t just a box-ticking exercise; they were a vital investment in the safety and well-being of our team. Each briefing covered key topics including: • The key differences between occupational and process safety • The basic principles of process safety management • How everyone plays a role in managing major accident hazards at AOC and on the Anasuria FPSO A huge thanks to the Dunavon House Hotel in Dyce for their support with our bookings, to Darren Oliver from Empirisys for his expertise, and to our HSE and management team for making this possible👏 #ProcessSafety #BeEmpowered #Leadership #TeamAOC #BeingAnasuria

We are very proud to have been supporting Anasuria Operating Company Limited over the last few weeks by delivering 2 hour process safety briefings to the offshore crews. Supported by Richard Beattie, Morag Kidd and the whole AOC team, this has been an impactful programme that has deepened understanding about process safety for the people closest to the risk and has led to some fantastic conversations. This is the latest element in a wider programme of work relating to process safety that Empirisys had been supporting Anasuria on over the last two years and we are very proud to be in partnership with such a progressive company. Finally, a massive thank you to Darren Oliver for his support, experience and expertise in designing and delivering this programme.
