At Etec Associates we pride ourselves on providing a personal service and “quality of delivery” forms a fundamental part of our ethos. We have experience in projects throughout the UK, Europe and globally and our core experience revolves around a history of highly detailed design principles. Our speciality is providing detailed and co-ordinated designs that are carefully produced side by side with the client’s needs and other members of the design team. We are strong believers in designing low energy solutions, that are sympathetic to the end users, their maintenance team, the Architects vision and of course, the budget.

We're thrilled to have seen this project from concept through to completion. Etec Associates Ltd worked in partnership with Habit Action to deliver the initial MEPH design, followed by on-going site support from demolition to PC this week. The project, a complete refurbishment of an existing 60,000 sq/ft office building to provide new office space, also included adapting the space to provide a new warehouse. It was a fantastic journey, and we're excited to have completed it in partnership with Habit Action
