A few months ago, Evans Randall Investors and HORIBA MIRA had the pleasure of welcoming Bloomberg columnist Matthew Brooker to MIRA Tech Park, which is home to "Europe’s largest concentration of automotive and mobility research and development operations".   We are working on ambitious plans to expand MIRA Tech Park, increasing its built area by over 1 million sq feet and growing the range of technologies on site. We are happy to announce the promotion of Anthony Cotter as Associate Director at Evans Randall Investors.   Having been with us since November 2017, Anthony worked across a number of our high-profile projects including MIRA Technology Park, Europe’s largest automotive R&D cluster and Glasshouse Yard, a prime office site occupied by Amazon in the heart of Farringdon.   We look forward to seeing all that Anthony will accomplish in this new role to drive further success.

It is exciting to see that MIRA Technology Park has recently achieved The Wildlife Trusts #Biodiversity Benchmark for its 850-acre site. In addition to pioneering the next generation of global #mobility, #MIRA Technology Park continues to actively support the ESG requirements from OEMs, tier suppliers and investors.

Good news at our Midtown project, Thavies Inn, where we have submitted revised plans that will bring the total prime office space to 90,000 sq ft with an additional 2,000 sq ft of retail space on the ground floor.
